This Payments and Refunds Policy explains how payments, digital access, trials, renewals, cancellations, plan changes, and refund requests work for GetTheQuote.
Payments for paid GetTheQuote plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may appear on receipts, invoices, checkout pages, or payment statements for GetTheQuote purchases.
Digital Delivery and Access
GetTheQuote is a digital software service. After payment is confirmed, access to the paid digital service is granted through your GetTheQuote account.
No physical items are sold, shipped, or delivered. There is no physical delivery, shipping method, or delivery address for paid GetTheQuote access.
Access may include subscription features, plan limits, quote tools, templates, branding features, message credits, or other digital functionality shown at checkout or inside your account.
Trials, Renewals, and Cancellation
The Starter plan can include a 7-day trial if available for your account.
Monthly paid subscriptions renew every 30 days unless cancelled before the next renewal.
You can cancel future renewal from the subscription page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not remove access already granted for the paid period.
Changing to another plan creates a new payment for the selected plan and cancels the previous subscription after payment confirmation.
If a renewal payment fails, access may be limited, paused, or ended after any retry or grace period supported by Lemon Squeezy and GetTheQuote.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of payment if a technical issue prevents you from using the paid digital service and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
We may decline refund requests that are submitted after the 14-day request period, relate to successfully provided access, or result from account misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

- The email address used for your GetTheQuote account.
- The payment date.
- A short description of the technical issue.
- Any screenshots or details that may help us investigate.
We may ask for additional information so we can verify the account, review the payment, and troubleshoot the issue.
Taxes, Receipts, and Payment Records
Taxes, receipts, invoices, and payment records may be handled by Lemon Squeezy as part of checkout and payment processing.
Your bank or card statement may show Lemon Squeezy or a Lemon Squeezy descriptor instead of GetTheQuote.
Policy Changes
We may update this Payments and Refunds Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to payments made after the posted last updated date, unless a different policy is shown at checkout.
